Overview
Spring stilts are fun, low-impact fitness equipment that enhance balance, leg strength and coordination. This guide covers safe use and basic care.
Before Use
• Inspect frame, spring, fasteners and pedals for cracks, loose parts or wear.
• Wear helmet, knee pads, elbow pads and non-slip shoes.
• Use on flat, open, obstacle-free ground; avoid hard concrete and crowds.
• Warm up legs and ankles for 3–5 minutes.
Basic Operation
1. Secure stilts around feet and lower legs; straps fit snugly without restricting blood flow.
2. Practice standing with support, keep knees slightly bent and weight centered.
3. Start with slow steps, then low, gentle bounces; land softly with bent knees.
Safety & Maintenance
Learn step by step; stop if tired or unbalanced. Children use under adult supervision. Wipe clean after use, store in dry place, and check parts regularly.
